hi-

so nice - no problems in Q+ :)
so as not to let all this brainpower to go to waste, could someone help me out
of this:

i've read the q+ documentation concerning "Creating Your Own Documentation"
and i have some questions.

i am playing around with the javascript documentation. for example, i would
like to be able to select a keyword e.g. "concat" (an array method) and have
the definition etc come up with Ctrl+H.

to do this, i have entered "concat" into the ContextList, and also into the
file list (as concat=array.htm#1194827).

if i enter each of the above to the end of their respective lists, i do not
get any results, when selecting "concat" and Ctrl+H.

if i enter each of the above to the beginning of each list Ctrl+H works
correctly.

what am i missing?

second question:)

i have created a local toolbar with the array methods in javascript. Click "C"
and you get;
".concat(arrayX,arrayX,......,arrayX)" for example.
this was created as "text" (and in the second case as a "tag") in the action
dialog.

selecting concat from the above string and Ctrl+H does not work. yet if i tip
in the word "concat", on a new line, select it, and then Ctrl+H the proper js
help comes up. that is, assuming that "concat" is at the beginning of the
respective list. (ContextList, file list)

has anyone run into any of these problems?

i am using the "javascript.docrc" that came with the original documentation
and just modifying it to my needs. i used the "install.sh" script to install
it into - ~/.kde/share/apps/quanta/doc. i have moved the js help out of the
global doc folder along with the original javascript.docrc.

the best
robert

are you? j.k.
