Since I use Quanta 3.5 there is "I think" a annoying bug. Somethimes
when I look in the browser if my code works ok quanta thinks there is a
new version of the file and asks me to compare the saved file with
current open file in quanta. While there has nothing changed. 

The thing is the bug appears not always. Often when I use quanta for a
hour of two it suddenly starts asking this with each reload in the
browser. 

Shutting quanta down and restarting it helps. The bug doesn't show up.
Sometimes for the remainder of the day.

Does somebody else has this too?
