hi-
can someone tell me what i'm missing here?
i'm having trouble getting a toolbar to display "tooltips".
it's ok until i restart quanta. 
after restart tooltip text reverts to what is in "Text:"

quanta 3.5 + kde 3.5 + suse 9.2
..........................
Create NewToolbar - js_snip
Add Action-
Type:Tag
Text: input_btn
Tooltip: <form><input type="button" onclick="myFunction()"
value="btnLabel"></form>
Detailed Settings:
<tag>: <form><input type="button" onclick="myFunction()"
value="btnLabel"></form>

then: Save as Local Toolbar

close down Quanta

reopen Quanta
load local toolbar: js_snip

Problem:
Tooltips shows the content of: "Text:" and not the content of: "Tooltip:"

Edit Action
Original inputted text is still in "Tooltip:"
Refresh
Tooltip displays correct content.
