As I dont have suse 9.3, i cannot tell what is the problem, but it might
be a problem on their side. as i see you have kde 3.4.3 and Quanta 3.5. I
believe that suse compiled quanta 3.5 for kde 3.5, and this is the
problem. If you upgrade your kde to 3.5 from the same location you got
quanta, the problem should go away. But of course, suse says that all kde
from supplementary is unsupported.
