I'm running Quanta 3.4.3 on Xandros 3.0.2 Deluxe, runs quite well, though I 
don't have Cervisia installed (I cannot find a version for KDE 3.3). I 
believe this is the latest version which will run on Xandros 3.
There is a Xandros Package at 
http://www.archlug.org/apt/dists/xandros3/xorid/andrew/binary-i386/kdewebdev/  , 
but it is 3.3.1 , so I just compiled it from the 3.4.3 tarball at 
http://kdewebdev.org/releases.php - compiled with no problems.
