Creating files/directories in my project folders is a pain. At least when I 
'rescan project directory' as Quanta by default does not blank them out.

Optimally though, Quanta should not be keeping this data in each project 
folder but in: .kde/share/apps/quanta/projects/ or something similar. All 
data like .session and .webprj files really ought to be kept there.
