Is there a way to remove or disable the creation of the tooblars and templates 
folder?
I use my own structure for building sites and I find it kinda annoying to have 
to keep deleting these two folders everytime I make a new project.
I used to be able to put nothing in the box for them and it would not make 
them but, now that seems no longer possible.
Is there a reason for these folders to exist?
