I use the Ubuntu packages as well, and everything's there.

What, exactly, does "I don't have a support for a php" mean?

If you're not seeing syntax highlighting point to
Tools > Highlighting > Scripts > PHP

If you're not seeing PHP in the document structure, right click in there 
and choose:
Show Groups For > PHP

I did have some other strange things going on with the 3.4.0 that came 
with (k)ubuntu. In case you haven't already, add the following to your 
sources.list to get 3.4.2
deb http://kubuntu.org/hoary-kde342 hoary-updates main
