Funny you should mention that. We try to document. One interesting experience 
was when Kommander development was happening faster than we could update the 
docs. So even when you try you might go insane, or at least drive your doc 
person crazy. We put serious effort into documenting Quanta too, but as soon 
as we think we've done good people point out excellent points we missed. The 
flip side of this is that you can ask for how to do something and get half a 
dozen answers from knowlegable people. This is good because of another of my 
observations... the more complete documentation is the more likely people 
will miss their answer or give up reading. So from my side of the equation it 
seems impossible to win, even though we want to try, but thankfully we can 
answer questions. ;-)

Probably the only way to have thorough docs is to have a doc writer immersed 
in the development process, and then apply genius to sort it out. The 
ultimate paradox is not knowing what you don't know and asking a question 
that is not directed to the best answer... Or, if you knew how to pose the 
question you would probably have found the answer. ;-)
