It's installed too.

I've found kdevplugin.h in
/usr/include/kdevelop/interfaces/
Also, my $KDEDIR was /usr/kde/3.3 not 3.4

So a couple of crude simlinks later it's compiling ;)

Wonder why my system's in a mess... :S
