Are you downloading rpms? Then, you should look for help in the mandriva
forum, as here we don't have information about the mandriva rpm mirrors,
only about source code tarballs distributed by KDE. The KDE mirrors,
which do not contain any 3.4.1 Mandriva packages can be found at
http://download.kde.org
