Dear friends:

I am using Scientific Linux (SL) 4, based on RHEL 4. SL 4 uses KDE 
3.3.1-3.10 Red Hat. Unfortunately Quanta Plus is not available from our 
yum repository. So, I downloaded the appropriate source tarball for 
kdewebdev 3.3.1 and tried to install it. "Configure" went fine with the 
"Good" message and NO error messages. I then typed "make". It failed at 
the point below:
