Hi

Word and possibly Open Office will add "fancy quotes" to documents
which will cause the save process to throw the error as they are not
in the iso8859-1 character set
Open Office 2.0 now has a "Save as xhtml' feature. That may sort out
these copy and paste problems. Running the text thru HTML Tidy may
also help
