The bug seems to be the same as it was discussed at
 http://lists.kde.org/?l=quanta&m=111117438305507&w=2

Shortly:
1) Do you have a 64 but platform?
2) Do you have kdesdk 3.4 installed as well?
3) Try to compile kdesdk and kdewebdev from source to rule out a packaging
bug
