This clearly shows that the problem is what  is what I said: crash when 
trying to kill the cvsservice from inside Quanta.
You cannot do anything else, but compile from source and make the 
modification I told. You don't need to use the CVS version, you can 
even use the SRPMS provided by SuSE or download kdewebdev-3.4.0 from a 
KDE ftp server.
I really have no idea why it happens there, so are there anybody seeing 
the crash? If yes on what platform/distribution?
