Clearly there is no different, but if he has this attribute as default 
in the image tag, he only have to type some sensefull content in it.

Otherwise he has to type the alt attribute and sensefull content.

But maybe you finished the brain_connect plugin, so Quanta will do all 
on it one ;-)
