You may be surprised to find out there are pretty good docs for this on the 
help menu. ;-)

Yeah this is sort of a "what's a web page?" question, which can take a long 
time to answer and probably will not conclude with the same definition you 
would choose. There is also a webdeveloper list on kdewebdev.org where you 
can ask more general questions when you can't seem to find the right answer.
