I just tried to open a recent project file in quanta and the entry i saw was 
not the last .webproj that i i opened in quanta but a konversation.kdevelop 
proj i had created with kdevelop a couple days ago. I have _never_ ever 
opened a .kdevelop project in quanta. Thought i report that here just in case 
it wasn't caused by PC gremlins.
