Hi

If you downloaded Quanta from cvs, you should first run 

Make -f Makefile.cvs

then

./configure

If you didn't download from CVS, then try

./configure --with-qt-dir=/usr/lib/qt-3.3

Followed by make

If you want to make it yourself easy, consider using the Red Hat Update tool 
to fetch their latest build of Quanta.


If might also be a good idea to read some of the instructions that came with 
Quanta's source.
