MBGP is used to exchange the underlying (unicast) prefix information
used for reverse path lookups in multicast routing. It constructs a
separate RIB that works exactly like the unicast RIB and usually has
similar information.

MBGP is _NOT_ a multicast routing protocol. Google for PIM-SM, CBT,
MSDP, etc.

No, since currently, without BalajiG's patches, there is no way to
actually use that secondary RIB in any multicast routing daemon.
Basically, Quagga only has pass-through support for this information
as it is.
