You probable get me a bit wrong.
Since you talk about linux support and labels, i conclude that you think about 
integration of received routes and labels into system , so thats why we need to 
support labels by kernel and so on. Right?
The thing i think about is a route reflector where you don't need to install 
anything from bgp into system, but only exchange routes and labels...
