Here's the Linux patch by Leigh Brown[1] that works with the TCP MD5 in
2.6.20.  I was unable to locate a FreeBSD patch.  The site[2] referenced
in a previous discussion[3] returns a 404 now, but I was able to find a
cached copy[4] using the Wayback Machine.  I'll take a look at
integrating the two patches.
