If you think your question through, you would come to the right conclusion:
after you patch a source, another patch will probably never cleanly apply
and you should manually do this..
But: some of the antispam features are already present in the latest ldap
patch. The rbl part you can do in tcpserver, with part of the patch from Sam
on the qmail site (Sam's patch has a qmail patch and a tcpserver patch in
it). My feeling is that the ldap patch and Sam's anti-uce patch (for qmail
itself) don't work nice together: lots of hanging smtp processes... (don't
know if the two patches together caused the problem, but I'm keeping my
fingers crossed for the current qmail-ldap patch).
