Depends on the format of the user mailboxes. If they are mbox stile files
you can use mbox2maildir or porbably some other conversion tool from
http://www.qmail.org/top.html#maildir

If they are already stored in Maildir format you can just point qmail-ldap
to those directories without any trouble.
