I think most folks on this list would rather try to talk you out of 
using SPF, since it's such an awful protocol. (see

or http://bradknowles.typepad.com/considered_harmful/2004/05/spf.html 
for discussion of why SPF is so bad) There are other ways of providing 
similar benefits without the fundamental problems (e.g. 
DKIM/DomainKeys).

Otherwise, there's always the paid-support option (see qmail.org for a 
list of qmail consultants).
