This is a spam message.
Lately I've seen some empty spams (only headers, no body) and
spam with an invalid message-id and then no body (confirmed with
recordio).
This is probably due to broken spamsoftware ;)
or a zombie host with a very high load -G-
If you lookup the sending party, 221.15.223.108, in dns rbl's,
you'll find that it is a known spam source in china:
http://openrbl.org/ip/221/15/223/108.htm
