qmail-pop3d is for receiveing mail only. You can't send mail through it.

'mail.domain.com' is a lie. I have no way of knowing whether you lied about
211.238.43.141 also, but just in case you didn't, there's no SMTP service
running there. This would explain your inability to receive SMTP mail.

That doesn't matter. It's SMTP that's broken, not POP.

How are you starting your SMTP service? What's in the logs?
