Nope this user does not forward email off site however I do use
Sqwebmail and this is the users Primary access program. Also I did not
put any quotas on Sqwebmail.

Is that user's mail being forwarded offsite?  You'll frequently see this
when someone forwards their mail to a freemail/webmail service and
abandons the account.

I have no other suggestions, as I don't use vpopmail.
