Plugins manager says the plugin repository URL is unavailable.
https://plugins.qgis.org/plugins/plugins.xml?qgis=3.18 When I paste the listed URL \
in, I do see a web page with the following first sentence. "NOTE: The preferred way \
to install QGIS plugins is via the Plugin Manager in QGIS itself!"
But the Plugin Manager fails to connect.
Also, dealing with a 'missing dependency "Do you want to install ffmpeg"' message. \
That set of files is on the machine(Win7). Not sure how to set the path in QGIS to \
find it.
Just wondering what I am missing...
Thank you,
Jesse D. Wellman
