In a pinch, you can grab coords off of Google, transform them via OGR2OGR
to the UTM grid your site is in, and then apply the advice suggested above.

Autocad can also pull this off, you just need to set your origin to a close
by UTM coordinate and then just add the site's grid to the Northing and
Eastings  as they are in meters. You can also trick cad into georeferencing
this. Since the units are arbitrary, get a GPS point in UTM as your origin
and then use your site's grid at 1:1 once it's oriented to north.
