Hi, 

now that qgis RC1 is released, we know what new features will be in version
0.9.2 so we can start to update the english "master"-documentation.

Anybody (especially native speakers) who is interested to help, please write an
email to "qgis-doc" <qgis-doc@lists.osgeo.org> so we can coordinate the work.
In the next days I will start to write a TODO list and add it to the wiki:
