Hi,

In the download page there is a message saying that QGIS needs at least
windows 8 because it uses Python 3.9 or above.

At conda-forge we are building QGIS 3.22 and 3.26 with python 3.8, 3.9 and
3.10. Should we drop 3.8? What are the current implications?

Thanks,

Alexandre Neto
