Subject: [QGIS-Developer] iface.openFeatureForm() Does Not Populate Form With Defaults

In one of my plugins I call
iface.openFeatureForm(layer, feature_being_added, False)
but it does not pre populate the form with the defaults that are set up in
the Layer properties->Attributes Form->Defaults.
If you use the standard "Add Point feature" the default values are properly
set. Is there something else I need to do with openFeatureForm to get the
default values?
