After some grovelling, I think it originates from here:
https://github.com/raspberrypi/linux/blob/rpi-4.1.y/arch/arm/mach-bcm2708/include/mach/arm_control.h
However, there are some diffs between that and my version, which look like they \
originated from someone hacking it to get each line under 80 characteres (to satisfy \
checkpatch.pl?). This rather defeats the purpose of keeping it unmodified.
As far as I can tell, we only need the mailbox-related defs. I'll just pull those out \
into the relevant device emulation, and drop the file.
