Sorry, maybe i am totally luser.

Please, can anybody descripe step-to-step how to install and run this
rewrite  branch?
because if is needed to change any system value somewhere, it is not
very usable for "normal" users (who does not know python but know how
to use(= run any script) actual bot).

I made step 1 - unpack package to separate directory and 2 - copied
user-config.py
