Toby Donaldson <tjd@sfu.ca> is heading the effort now.  It's far from
clear whether O'Reilly is interested in publishing this; maybe the
team's first task ought to be a strategy for convincing O'Reilly (a)
that this is the right team, and (b) that there is sufficient demand.
