And a word around minitage.paste.extras, The thing we like here is to do
here is:
For example for hudson,

paster create -t minitage.instances.hudson myproject (inside_minitage=no
ifyou don't use minitage)
paster create -t minitage.instances.hudson myproject (inside_minitage=no
ifyou don't use minitage)

Will create for you a configured tomcat with a running hudson instance
inside with lot of things configured for you (ssl certificates, init
scripts, logrotate, irc/email notifications and so on in hudson)
