Yes I did. There is no problem in executing the SQL in a SQLPLUS
session. In fact, I would say the hit ratio of this error is less than
0.01% (1/10,000) of the number of SQL that is executed by the oracledb
in my application.

Did you try executing your statement from another computer? (Perhaps
with SQL*Plus?)
