Tried:
http://umn.dl.sourceforge.net/sourceforge/mysql-python/MySQL-python-0.9.
1.win32-py2.0.exe

And numerous mirrors with the same filename. It seems 0.9.2 has not
been built as a windows exe for python 2.0, since I could only find
2.1 and 2.2 versions.  No matter.... still no luck.
