SIP v6.5.1 and PyQt6 v6.2.3 have been released. These are mainly just 
minor bug-fix releases. SIP has some new functionality but I'll go into 
those in another email in a few days or so.

There are also new releases of PyQt6-sip and PyQt5-sip.

All the Qt6 wheels have been updated for Qt v6.2.3.
