Hello again, Kristof.
After more than a year, I stumbled upon your question once again for other
reasons, but I had the opportunity to dig into QStyle much more in the
meantime, so I've edited the answer I gave you, adding an alternate
solution (which is a bit of a hack) that is much more consistent with the
stylesheet. Still, it's not perfect yet, but I think I've got closer than
ever... :-)
