Wheels are now available for commercial users of PyQt5. Like the GPL versions these \
are for 32 and 64-bit Windows, OS X and 64-bit Linux, and for Python v3.5.

Because of licensing issues (both PyQt and Qt) they are *unlicensed* wheels. The \
program pyqtlicense is used to create a licensed wheel using the PyQt license file \
and the user's copy of Qt. The process is documented at...

QScintilla wheels are also available. PyQtCharts, PyQtDataVisualization and \
PyQtPurchasing will be supported by a later version.
