Installed Qt from the binary, can't remember if it was the offline or
online version though that shouldn't matter.
Then built PyQT from sip and pyqt snapshots. The only headache was the
missing geo location header file that cropped up during my last 2 builds.

</span>It'll also be fixed with QtWebEngine 5.6, as that updates to<br>
Chromium 45 which is compatible with the newer nss.<br>
