If Qt v5.3.0 is released as expected next week I plan to make new 
releases of SIP, PyQt4, PyQt5 and QScintilla next weekend(ish).

Apart from the new Qt features the main changes are in all the 
configure.py files which now support cross-compilation.

Now would be a good time to test - particularly if you use some of 
configure.py's more obscure features.
