On KDE?

Redo can be:  Ctrl+Y, Shift+Ctrl+Z, Alt+Shift+Backspace  Ctrl+Shift+Z,
Ctrl+Y  Ctrl+Shift+Z  Ctrl+Shift+Z

It depends on the OS or Window Manager :)
