Mark Summerfield (thanks Mark) gived the solution 15 months ago for an other

It was a pyqt4's bug:

This bug hasn't corrected in ubuntu feisty (7.04) operating system (which uses 
pyqt4.1.0).
I will write to ubuntu-devel mailing list about this.
