I wanna compiled pyqt4 with visual studio.net 2003.
somebody told me ,python2.4 was compiled by vs.net 2003(which uses
msvcr71.dll as c runtime ).
and if i compile pyqt4 with mingw(which uses msvcrt.dll as the c runtime).
