The bindings can never be "perfect" because Python is not C++, and the Qt 
libraries are written in C++. There has to be a few tweaks to get certain 
methods to behave properly, and there has to be functionality added or 
removed to make it useful and possible to use in Python. So there is no one 
situation that can be deemed "perfect" or "complete".

As far as the difference between 3.5 and 3.6, you can read the changelog for 
that.
