Just to finish up the thread: I d/l'd and built sip and PyQt from
the latest snapshots (build fine on SuSE 8.2). The extra
sipParseArgs in KURL::List is generated by sip's new implementation
of operators and Python __methods__, but the member code is still
required. QStringList (and generated code) is a good example of the
implementation.

sip handles PyKDE fine, but PyKDE won't compile due to accumulated
changes. I'll check out the latest patch within the next day or
two. There might be one other sip bug (haven't nailed it down and
it occurred in a very old snapshot) - I'll track that down when I
can finally compile again also. (I have a unit test for it now :) )

I'll probably spend half of tomorrow backtracking through the
mailing list to catch all of the accumulated stuff I have to do for
3.6 and general repair. I hope to have a release in a week or less.
