KDE3.1.1 has been officially released (I'm downloading it now).

KDE3.1.1 will be included in the next PyKDE release (as well as
3.0.4, 3.0.5, and 3.1.0). I don't have a firm date for the release,
but it shouldn't be too far off. Adding KDE3.1.1 won't delay the
release by more than a day or two (I hope, after reviewing the
change log).
